In case you didn't notice, I went ahead and redid the list.  I am just going to consider the actual software for the game entries, rather than the packages.  So, cartridges 1-12 are in the database now.  You can add images as you want.

You may want to remove #11, look like it doesn't exist.

This may be rarest Odyssey add-on part. The blue card is a 2-in-1 double-ender cartridge which combines cartridges 7 and 8 for playing Handball and Volleyball.

I just submitted an image of a manual for NES Puzznic, once I posted it I noticed it is not for the US game.  Sorry about that I was checking them as I went but somehow missed that one.
