Hey everyone, yesterday I was out yardsaleing, when I found this weird cartridge next to a disgusting copy of SMB3:

I don't think it was originally theirs, because when I asked if they had any other games or systems for the games, the man looked at the woman and asked if "he" had any other systems, as in they were likely selling items for someone else.
I don't know if this guy was a collector and made/bought a 31 in 1 bootleg online somewhere, or if this was a legitimate thing sold in stores years ago. The cartridge is like a standard NES cart, but in a black color and on the back it says the cartridge was produced in Taiwan and a patent was pending, rather than it having the Nintendo logo, the patent pending, and the Made in Japan text. The caution label is also covered by a list of games included on the cartridge. The cartridge also feels heavier than a normal cart, meaning there's probably more guts on the inside (I don't have the proper tools to open the cart up, so I don't know what the inside looks like). It also appears to be a 5 screw cartridge.
I can't find any record of this cart online, the closest being the 31 in 1 cartridge for the Famicom. When I tested the game in my NES, I noticed two main things. One, it's very hard to get this game to run. Only when all the planets align can I get this game to be fully operational. Most of the time, the game works, but the graphics are very screwed up. Whenever I reset the console with the reset button, it sometimes loads one of the games on the cartridge rather than taking me to the game-selection menu.

The title screen for the Mario Bros arcade game, for example, says "Rambo bros" on the title instead of Mario Bros. On the title screen for Super Mario Bros, the infamous super mario bros logo is replaced with a terrible rendition of Mario next to a castle with two doors (Similar to the title in the famicom 31 in 1 bootleg). I also noticed misspellings on the game-select screen for games such as Wild Gunman (Which said "Vild Gunman"), Duck Hunt (Which said "Duck Shoot"), and Excitebike (Which said Execite Bike on both the back of the cartridge and on the game-selection menu).

I don't know if I have some collector's reproduction cartridge on my hands or something else entirely. If anyone has any questions about the cartridge, I'll do my best to answer them.
*Edit: I've looked up NTDEC, the company name that's on the game-selection screen, and I've found out that NTDEC was a taiwanese cartridge manufacturing company that produced a lot of unlicensed games since 1983
