That's common practice and it's not allowed. If you notify ebay of this they should remove him (if they can get off their lazy asses).

yep, this guy is an a**. i learned my lessong early on while using ebay. someone had a low buy it now and i never even thought to check the shipping. yikes, i ended up paying like 10 bucks for a atari cart that was sent in an un paded envelope
