I used to keep my boxed and cart only games together like that, but after a while I realized I was wasting a lot of space on my shelves.  Still, I really would love to keep them all intermingled like that because I'll go to grab a game, see it's not with my cart only games and have a mild heart attack because I forgot that it was boxed.  More than once I've gone tearing through my game room looking for the missing cart when if I would have lowered my vision 12 inches I could have avoided all that.
