Canada Gamers: Help Extremely Needed! (PSX Demo)

Hey all. I have a mystery on my hands.

There is a variant of a PSX demo and I need anyone's help who may have even just the disc.

Here's the set-up:
This is the US Version of the Pizza Hut Demo Disc Volume 2

Here is the newly acquired *sleeve* of the Canadian Version of the Same Demo

Now the conundrum.
a. While both are obviously the same Demo Disc contents (all games and screenshots are the same), the US version had the $500,000 Sweepstakes attached to it. This Sweepstakes information was clearly removed from the Canadian Version packaging. There is also no distinction of it being marked a "Disc 2" - remember this.

b. Upon playing the US Version Disc, it clearly states the Sweepstakes deadline in-between the Opening Movie and the Main Menu. This means if all mention of the Contest was removed from the packaging, it should, by default have been removed from the Disc as well.

The Info Screen Looks like This:

What I'm Looking for:
I need you to check your Pizza Hut Demo Disc for the following:
a. If it looks like the US Disc, but has no "Disc 2" on it, YOU HAVE IT. I NEED IT.
b. If it still says "Disc 2", but when the opening plays, there is no "No Purchase" Screen, YOU HAVE IT. I NEED IT.
c. If you have it, and it still has Disc 2 AND that "No Purchase" Screen...it means there's only 1 disc across two regions.
