Having just acquired Super Street Fighter II Turbo for the 3DO from Duke, I was wondering if anyone has any experience with 3DO controllers with 6 face buttons, I only have the standard 3 face button controllers.  I'd like to grab a couple if possible, just not sure which ones are good and which aren't so great.

I think one of the ones I have is pretty solid. I will double check on this when I get home today.

Bueller?

Aren't there only a couple 6-button controller options for 3DO? I remember there being two, and both weren't up to par. Try buying one of the SNES controller adapters - you'll likely have better luck.

Hmm, that could work.

Did a little research and it looks like there were lots of 6+ button 3DO controllers released but not all of them in North America.  Is the controller port the same in all regions?

I could have sworn that one of my 3DO controllers had six buttons. Alas, they do not. Sorry wildbil. Sad

I have the Performance Gamepad6, and it works pretty well.  And I am not aware of any regional differences on the consoles, including the controller ports.

May not be exactly what you're looking for, but ToToTek sells a Playstation to 3DO adaptor: http://www.tototek.com/st...n_page=index&cPath=23
