Overview

The Fighting Pad 6B was released in April 1993 alongside the Mega Drive 2 and Mega CD 2. It added three additional action buttons and included a "Mode" button for games that had compatibility issues with the new controller. It was smaller than the 6-button controller sold outside Japan and was also included with all Mega Drive 2 systems.
