There's far too many games coming out this week, but what's worth checking out? Alone in the Dark and Overlord Raising Hell look pretty neat. Final Fantasy Tactics A2, Top Spin 3, and Supreme Commander have been getting great reviews, but I would recommend Battlefield: Bad Company above all the other games this week. If you haven't seen anything about the game it's basically a wartime FPS, but unlike most other games of this type (Call of Duty 4 for example) it is actually pretty lighthearted in tone and contains a good amount of humor. The gameplay is like many other FPS games, so it's nothing completely new, but it's still very fun. If you're interested, give the demo a chance on either the Playstation Network or Xbox Live.

Totally agree about BF:BC. I really dislike most FPS games but I tried the demo for this and can't stop playing it online! To save me and my terrible aiming skills, I've opted for the demolition class of soldier which uses the shoot from the hip shotgun and the rocket launcher. I love the shotgun because my aim isn't great nor is my speed. It's a one-shot kill weapon and perfect for people like me that cannot keep up with the 0.000001 reaction speed kids (you know the sort... they shoot a smilie face into your back before finishing you off). The secondary weapon, the rocket launcher is perfect for me too. Three of these babies and it's bye bye enemy tank. One of these will be enough to take out a jeep or similar. So I can mix it up with anyone or anything on the battlefield. This game like many other releases gets some criticism but even with all of it considered, it's a must have for me. I'm excited about getting the Gold Edition (same price as regular at my local store) but also so that I can scan the game/covers/manual in. Cheesy

I'm not sure if Guitar Hero: Aerosmith and Beijing 2008 are due out this week or not? (UK) I seem to remember release dates close to the end of this week but they may be delayed. I'm getting both of those games too.

@y2richie: GH is next week, but I am not sure about Beijing 2008. It is getting close the the Olympics, so I'd imagine that it's coming out very soon.

@Tondog: I just got a nice surprise through the mail. GH: Aerosmith and Beijing 2008! Smiley Guess I got them quite early for some reason. I'm just going to scan in all images and add them as new titles. Nice surprise. Smiley
