Tholly, are all those films really short or do you litterally stay up all night to watch them? Because watching 5 movies on one night is a lot. Shocked

Had a movie day yesterday....the fiancee was out of town....Started watching movies at 9 am with the Samurai Trilogy and stayed up till 2 am when i finished Judge Dredd.  Watched 8 movies yesterday.  Will watch a few more today (in the middle of one now.)

Do you still have time to play games occasionally with all these movies you're watching?

My fiancee and I have been on a Rock Band kick.  I play guitar while she sings.  I'm also into Portal arcade on Xbox 360.

watched today...

Silence Of The Lambs:  The Criterion Collection (Laserdisc) - (1990) - A

Reason for score -- just one of those movies....a true classic.

James Taylor:  Squibnocket (Laserdisc) - (1993) - F

Reason for score -- well, im not a james taylor fan, but i got this with a huge lot of laserdiscs, so i figured i would put it on and listen while i did other things.....as a laserdisc it was fine, with a different band, i might have given it an A, but i just don't like the music....good thing it was short...

Se7en:  Special Edition:  The Criterion Collection (Laserdisc) - (1995) - A+

Reason for score -- also, a true classic....an utterly amazing movie that really makes you think....this has been on my top 30 ever list for a while now....

Broken Arrow (Laserdisc) - (1996) - B-

Reason for score -- generic action movie, but I do love movies with Stealth fighters...i used to have a giant plastic model of a Stealth fighter hanging from my ceiling when I was younger....

The movie wasn't bad but the end pissed me off. What a total let down.

The Motorcycle Diaries - (2004) - B+

--> A great roadmovie about the journey Che Guevara made with his friend Alberto Granado.

Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain - (2001) - B

--> An odd film about a girl that helps random people. Very enjoyable to watch.

I watched Tenacious D yesterday.  It was funny at times, and not too bad of a movie.

Caught Four Christmases this week. Funny, but there were only about 4 lines of important, story-related dialogue in the whole movie. Very obviously made to be a holiday comedy with a very light and predictable storyline. 6/10.

Also watched Wristcutters - A Love Story. Um. Not sure what to say about it. Very bizzare and kind of ridiculous. Seemed like a movie that wanted to have a deeper, thought-provoking feel to it, but came off flaky and disjointed. 5/10.

Finally, watched Best in Show for about the 10th time. Not much needs to be said about it - it's brilliant. 8/10.
