Not being a pessimist but didn't Kojima say that MGS 4, let alone MGS 3, would be the last MGS game? Pretty cool though.

I thought he said MGS4 was the last one that he would be working on.

I don't think they would give up that cash cow.

As far as I know, MGS4 was the last one with Solid Snake. That's not to say that someone else will take the hero seat in 5, let alone that it will even be called "Solid". It's still way too early to speculate, but the fact that another one's being made is good news!

They've already had Solid and Liquid snakes, Gaseous Snake must be next.

Instead of cigarettes he'll have Beano pills and everyone calls him "Stinky" for short. Tongue

Good one, almost sounds badass in it's own way. A few more are Evaporated, Dehydrated, Eutectic or Polymorphic. Or if his character is a bit unstable, Liquidus or Solidus Snake.

Call me strange, but I want to see a game entirely starring Raiden that takes place after 2 and before 4.

At this time, I really couldn't care less about MSG 4 or 5. Even if it's eventually announced for the 360, I'd probably view it in the same light as I currently do for Devil May Cry 4...that while it may be a well-established franchise, I just don't "get" the appeal. Tongue

Solidous Snake. Oh wait, that terrible name is already taken by an equally terrible villain (sorry, couldn't resist).
