All standard editions available in the US (as far as I can determine) are Day One editions.  Technically, all current editions in North America, Europe and Australia are Day One editions (including the limited editions and possibly the collector editions).  I could be wrong seeing as I have limited exposure to US releases but I don't think I am.

This generic European GTA III on PC with no information probably shouldnt be in the database when the UK version is in there anyway:

99% sure a cart version does not exist. Thus, that could be removed. (If I'm wrong let me know, I'd love a cart version!)
