Correct on both counts.

An interesting point on this game is that it was originally on the Saturn (and later PS1), played from a first person perspective before becoming third person perspective for PS2 (and later Wii).  In looking for that picture, I also found a later iPhone port returning to first person (Baroque FPS, 2011) and a third person iPad port (2012).  It is impressive how many times this bleak rogue-like has been remade.

That's technically correct. What you see is the Japanese Version, Ninja Ryuukenden, for PC Engine. Nonetheless, I will deem it correct. Your turn.
