Love the art style, and it's like an NIS game. Never played it though, but I'm dying to know the art director, as Riu there looks like she was pulled from more recent anime, but the other character is more standard anime.

Hmmm... schoolgirl mixed with high fantasy -

Stranger of Sword City (XBO version)

This is the same development company behind Demon Gaze and Operation Abyss.  Stranger of Sword City is also available for the PS Vita.

EDIT: At second glance this isn't Stranger of Sword City, so I deleted the paragraph gushing about that game.  How embarassing.

@Raidou - It looks like Stranger of Sword City to me.

The character on the right is even in the art for the game on the Steam page:

http://store.steampowered.com/app/409890/

The character on the right also appears on timestamp 1:03 in the trailer.

It looks like a great game.

Pretty sure it's Stranger of Sword City Raidou, and Redd has an XBO and Vita. Cheesy

Stranger of Sword City, recently released for the Vita (and XBO, I suppose Smiley ), developed by Experience Inc., who are also responsible for Demon Gaze, Operation Abyss and Labyrinth X Blood Infinity Ultimate (which wasn't released in the West).  Demon Gaze II will be released in Japan 13 Oct 2016.

Anyhow, next.

Yup.  I'm on a bit of a Vita kick right now.

EDIT:
Dang, I thought someone would have gotten this by now. This is from
an acclaimed series, so I thought it would be recognised quickly- RFG tend to
romp through the screenshots I post up but I guess I used a screenshot
a little too abstract.

I can see why this is a tough one. That is a screen from a crappy minigame, within the main title.

It's Danganrompa 2. The Logic Dive mini-game. As EngineerMike said, terrible minigame.

Yes, it is Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair.  The Danganronpa series has a cult following, and I see it on every best of/hidden gems list for the Vita, so I decided to use a Logic Drive screen to make it more interesting.  That curve ball kinda became a foul ball.

The mini-game isn't good, but I wouldn't call it terrible.  It suffers from the same problem that most of Danganronpa 2's minigames do- it shatters the flow and pace of the class trial, and is an inefficient way to progress.  Logic Drive adds racing/platforming elements to answer 2-4 simple questions, making it a protracted way of doing something that could have been done better in a Non-stop Debate and/or multiple choice setup.  The (Improved) Hangman's Gambit is more engaging than the original, but typically runs slower and cannot be sped up safely- especially if you're trying for a no-damage run.  Rebuttal Showdown is an utter tar pit, grinding the trial to a halt- this mini-game legitimately p***ed me off for the entire game, and I almost stopped playing because of it.

In case you couldn't tell, I recently finished this game, and it's still fresh in my mind.

Anyhow, your turn.

Can someone else please post? I won't be around most of the day.
Sorry, didn't mean the game itself was terrible. Just terrible choice for the game's style. Takes you out of the immersion.

Another fun one that I played a lot when I was younger.
