What do you do to keep your fat, energyles gaming body in shape?

Recently, since the weather got a bit better, I picked up cycling again. And I'm actually starting to enjoy it a bit. Not only do I get physical results, I also notice I'm improving. I did about 400 km in the las couple of weeks and my average keeps going up.

Well, seeing as the cicadas have taken over, I stay indoors more than I should. But, swim season starts today, so I think I will be doing ok with swim practice from here on out.

Haven't done too much exercising as of late, other than a whole lot of walking (no car).  Maybe I should, but when I only sleep a few hours a day, exercise isn't on the top of my list of things to do.  I'm still the scrawniest person here, though.

I play floor hockey once a week. We play for 2 hours and it's a pretty good workout. It's a lot of fun save all the bruises and welts I get from getting hit with pucks.

Bruises and welts are manly, though, so that's okay.

You name it.  I play roller hockey every Monday, basketball about twice a week, baseball on Sunday, tennis (with my girlfriend) whenever we get the opportunity and football whenever I can get enough people together.  I also workout.

I just started kickboxing. Not for matches though, just for 'self defence'. :p

I use to play roller hockey with Captain Nintendo. I try to play tennis with my brother whenever we can but he is to busy with school.

Does walking around swap meets looking for games count as a sport?

I used to play football (soccer) and basketball for my school, these days I just go to the gym or if the rare opportunity arises, go and do some snow sports.

I'd be in for some football if you want to try to get a game going. I could probably round up a few players too.

Still gotta get you out for my tuesday night hockey games.

I played football for school. Don't play anymore.
Use to play soccer with my stepfamily when they came over. Haven't played in about 6 months
Hockey in the winter when the pond freezes over. Haven't played in a year obviously.
Liftweights run treadmill. Havent done that in a month or 2.

I got in the best shape during football but i prefer weight lifting.

Well I play in a roller hockey league. I have been doing this for many years. Long ago I played a little ice hockey as well , but that is expensive here in Arizona.

I golf from time to time and used to actually lift wieghts on a regular basis. I consider myself athletic and would play any sport in a league.

Would actually love to play Lacross.

Oh yeah , myself and tynstar bowl in a league  Smiley

Wow this is an old thread.

I just got my red belt for TKD. Pretty soon I'll go challenge Jet Li. :fight:
