I've been hassling Xbox Support with the same question worded differently lots of times. I want to get my new power supply but I don't want to call them. I have a thing about phones. So I've been asking something along the lines of "Is there a way of applying for a reissued power supply without calling?"

"If I register my Xbox online, will I automatically get a new power supply?"

"I don't have access to a telephone because I can't afford one. How can I apply for the reissued power supply online?"

"I'm deaf and blind, so I can't use the voice or text phone. How can I apply for a new power supply online?"

Et cetera.

I refuse to give up until all 50,000 support workers are fed up with my questions and tell Mr Gates to add the feature to Xbox.com.

I am sitting here trying to waste time until 4:45. Normally there are about 13-14 people here but right now I am only 1 of 3 and my motivation to get anything done is severely lacking. Main (and only) reason I haven't left yet?  $$$$$

Beer? BEER!

I had some right pooftery ale last night. It had a peach and mango flavour. Beer isn't supposed to be fruity! Maybe manly fruits, like... Apples... and Lady's Fingers. But not peach or mango. That stuff was called Golden Glory.

Tonight I'm drinking Tangle Foot. Guess what it smells like. That's right, a man's beer. Cool
