Damn, I got free tickets to Tall Stacks but all my friends bailed or are working or studying or other lame things like that. I'm thinking maybe Ill scalp 'em. Could sell 'em for 15-20 bucks a pop, that'd be sweet, extra hundred bucks always makes the day seem brighter. Plus I worked two extra hours and I'll get overtime pay. I love money, even though it's the source of all the world's problems, and who doesnt?.

Speaking of extra money, my pay rate hasn't gone up yet. Sad It was supposed to be £6/hr from the first weekend I started my promoted job, which was 4 weekends ago. Then it was supposed to go up to £6.50/hr starting in October.

I'm feeling a bit lonely tonight. It seems everyone I talk to is in a bad mood and doesn't want to talk. All the forums I go on have been really quiet. Someone had a go at me on another forum basically because I don't have a £3,000 super duper sound system.

I watched the WoW South Park tonight. It was funny but it sort of seemed like me, except for the WoW bit.

I know people who look and act just like those South Park WoW characters...and that's both funny and sad at the same time.

On another note...I'm so damn tired.  Don't even want to sit in fron of the TV or computer OR play games.  Haven't slept well in ages...

Have you actually tried sleeping? I find that when I'm not sleeping well it's because I'm doing something other than laying in my bed. Or have you just watched Fight Club and are trying not to sleep to be just like Tyler.

Yeah, if I try and think about sleeping, it just winds me up.  I end up having to find something to do around the house to make myself nearly fall over with exhaustion, THEN I can sleep...usually from about 2 or 3am to 6am when my daughter gets up...

I was sick for several days last week and I was taking Tylenol PM (good stuff!)...finally was able to sleep.  Now that I'm better, can't sleep without the drugs  hmm

Going shopping at K-Mart?

Well we ended up at Tall-Stacks anyways, just later than we thought. It would have been better when there was light so we could have seen...stuff, but it was still cool. I sold one extra ticket for $5.

We listened to one pretty good band but then another one, Wilco or something started playing and they were pretty lame, music was OK but the damn crowd, full of preppy 18-24 year old types, was so boring, the most anyone ever did was nod their head and maybe raise an arm, we left. After GWAR, unless it's a band whose music I really like, I can't just stand around in a crowd.
