Couple of finds from a flea market over the weekend.  Traysia is an upgrade as I only had the cart (now CIB).  Also, it's always fun to find some cheap Micromasters at the bottom of a bin.

Xena on N64 is a hoot. It's a totally broken fighting game experience, but I remember having a ton of fun with it, playing on my brother-in-law's N64 back in the day. "Big dumb fun" is the order of the day with that game. Go in with low expectations, and play with a friend, and there's fun to be had with that one.

I tried it expecting it to be a platformer and was shocked it was a fighting game.  And broken it is.  laugh

Here's some goodies I got recently:

The Sega CD games and Vigilante were from Disposed Hero and the rest were from Facebook.  The SMS games puts me at 104 leaving me with only 10 left for the U.S. set!  Getting closing but now we are getting closer to expensive territory so I doubt I'll complete the set.

Some of those don't seem too bad.  Sonic just being a sticker is just dumb (but I get it).  Good luck man, you never know when you might find a good deal!

I've been waiting for this to show up for almost a year. It had a loooong delay due to covid shipping restrictions in Japan. Anyway, if you don't know, Nintendo was originally a playing card manufacturer before ever getting into video games. I always wanted a set of early Nintendo playing cards but most of them that pop up are for Japan airlines and other companies. I wanted something a bit more interesting and was able to find these! So yes, these are Nintendo made St Louis Cardinals playing cards (I'm from STL). Unfortunately there's no exact date on these but this Cards logo was used from 67 - 97, this NL logo was used from 69-92, and the Japanese Tax stamp on this was used from 60 - 90. So while maybe not pre video game manufacturing, I'm still pretty happy to finally have a set in my collection.

That's really neat.  I never knew they made baseball playing cards!
