Even though there's already a thread for "eBay items you should get," there are also a bunch of video game related eBay items that you shouldn't necessarily get due to price or whatever, but are still worth a peek - that's where this thread comes to good use Wink

"Golden" Mario Golf Famicom Disk with unique case (supposedly a prize from the Japanese Golf course tournament in 1987):
http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBa...STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

"Super Mario Party" for NES; obviously a stupid pirated multicart, but nevertheless somewhat interesting Wink

http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBa...STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

Genious Star famicom clone with built-on keyboard & comes with a Famicom cart that looks like a N64 cartridge Smiley (I wonder what the keyboard is needed for)
http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBa...STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

Complete & mint Famicom Titler system going for relatively cheap on the German eBay but shipped from Hong Kong worldwide for 46 euro...worth a look for those interested in Famicom stuff:
http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBa...STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

Some weird radio frequency controller (?) supposedly for the Nintendo NES 8-bit:
http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBa...STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

Boxed pirated light gun for NES - I'm quite sure this is the light gun that actually makes a "shot" sound (built-in speaker Wink) whenever you pull the trigger:
http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBa...STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

and for those looking for an overpriced Bubble Bath Babes with rental case:
http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBa...STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

That's it for now...if any of you come across any interesting or worthwhile auctions on eBay - post them here Smiley

Yea, it's definitely overpriced...same goes for most of the NES stuff & video game related goods on the European eBay sites.

I'm not sure how rare that Famicom disk is tho, but I assume it must be nearly as rare as the NWC cartridge for the NES.  If that really is the case, then it wouldn't surprise me if sooner or later, once Famicom collecting becomes more popular, the price of that disk will eventually rise to the quadriple digits Wink

Not only is this guy incapable of writing correct German, he also has -2 feedback as a seller & the current bidder has the same name as the seller!  Isn't there some eBay policy that forbids this?

Super Mario 2 for Famicom...different from the US SM2 but nevertheless this is a pirated copy if I'm not mistaken...and it's already at 22 GBP with a day remaining...crazy how people can bid this much for a pirated cartridge.

Here's an auction for a Nintendo Test Station:

This is actually my auction. I found this in one of those "I'll deal with that later" boxes, we all have tucked away. Got it with my 3DO years ago. Don't like the feel of it.

It's probably common as muck in some places, but i've never seen another one.

That's a cool joystick...Capcom's joysticks are pretty rare, I think they only released them in conjunction with certain games.

Here's an insane price for a loose size S power glove on the Dutch eBay for 150 euros...
http://cgi.ebay.nl/ws/eBa...81&fromMakeTrack=true

and some guy bid on it within the first couple hrs of the listing!?  Getting a complete one shipped from the states will cost no more than half this much....maybe I should sell my power gloves as well and make some easy $$ Wink

Some of the things that I DO ship to the States astounds me.

£16 to ship a board game I sold!

It was a wargame. Wargames, and roleplaying games always sell well. More money to spend on SEGA Cheesy

Wow, makes me wish I could read German (at least I think that's German).  Those things look pretty cool.
