Go for California. It's like the Beach Boys on crack. That's the only decent explanation I can think of. It's something that you need to listen to to fully understand what I mean.

If I remember to look for it and I find it I will get it.

Todays's CD's:

Buckethead - Monsters & Robots
Buckethead - Giant Robot
Primus - Tales from the Punchbowl
Soundgarden - Badmotorfinger
Primus - Rhinoplasty
Nirvana - Nevermind
Slipknot - Iowa

my "Saturday at work" mix

Deftones - Saturday Night Wrist
Rilo Kiley - The Initial Friend EP
Rilo Kiley - The Execution of All Things
Rilo Kiley - Take-offs and Landings
Rilo Kiley - More Adventurous

As you can see, couldn't get enough Rilo Kiley today. Good thing too, cause my girlfriend dropped and broke my iPod this week so I had to take hers to work. Much, much smaller selection.

BTW, anyone have a spare 60 GB iPod photo hard drive (G4, I believe)? Really don't have the money to replace this, and the service plan won't cover it.

The Decemberists - The Crane Wife

This might be my favorite album from last year. Apparently NPR listeners agree with me as well...

I didn't like the Crane Wife all that much.. I guess I am a pretty old school Decemberists fan though. I still prefer Castaways and Cutouts.

Have you heard anything by Tarkio?

I haven't heard Tariko. Only other Decemberists albums I've heard are Picaresque and Her Majesty The Decemberists. I got into them after Chris Funk was on the Colbert Report.

Right now I'm listening to Out Of Gas by Modest Mouse.
