Warhammer games of my dreams!

My prayers have been heard and answered. I've had quite a few conversations about how completely awesome a Warhammer game with the strategy and scale of the Total War series would be. Today, a new age dawns. The Creative Assembly, creators of the Total War franchise have just posted a piece of news on their website that Sega and Games Workshop have announced a partnership, with CA being the developers for some new Warhammer games.

If it's not 40k I don't know how much people will care.

I mentioned this at my local Warhammer hangout, when they heard the guys behind Total War were going to be working on the series their eyes lit up with joy, I didn't say anything about 40k or Fantasy.

I am a fan of Total War games and a fantasy rendition of that gameset would be interesting. If Games Workshop had just not been dicks back in the way they would pretty much be Blizzard, and all the world a more interesting place...

Finger crossed for 40k. Hell, I'd upgrade my videocard for that.
