There's only one game a week on here in Cincinnati, on NBC on Sudays.  I thought this week's game was at 3:30, but it was at noon, so I missed it again.  Still haven't gotten to actually watch a game yet.  Arg.

Arena football plays better in person than on TV. it's a fringe sport at best so it's really more about the event and atmosphere than really having a passion or even giving a shit about the home team.

Yeah, that doesn't surprise me one bit.  That's how it always was (and still is) here in Cincy for our minor league hockey teams.

There is no home team (AFL) in Cincinnati though, and the teams that are on TV each week are different every time, so the main reason I want to watch is to get a little bit of football before September rolls around.

I still might try to make it to a NIFL game or two when that starts up.

oh it's worth watching on TV for a football fix or to get a feel for what the game is about. just don't pass on going to a game based on watching it on TV.
