Now they need to go ahead and port ToeJam & Earl to XBLA/PSN :P

Now they need to go ahead and port ToeJam & Earl to XBLA/PSN :P I am fairly certain after Sonic Generations flopped and helped to kill SEGAs yearly projections they had announced they were going to divide the company into to primary divisions. One for developing phone/mobile device games and the other for console digital distribution titles. I could have misinterpreted something but i am not going to be online long enough for me to bother fact checking. Still, on the Steam page both the T&J games, characters, as well as the ToeJam & Earl Company are registered as a trademark of "Sega Corp." There must be certain restrictions to the license. I wonder what they are?
