No, it's not that, either. He wants to see these images centered (perhaps have the same page layout) as the standard images. This isn't about images in the forums or blogs, it's about "Extra Media Images". We use two different methods to display the images in these cases, so it would just require a change to the php file that loads the Extra Media images.
