Ideally, you won't have to buy from the "businesses" who only offer overpriced buy-it-now auctions ($25 for a Mega Man X2 box? Honestly?) and you'll be able to set your own price ceiling on an item up for auction, but in most cases you'll have to wait an awfully long time for those items to appear.
On more than one occasion, I've found that it's cheaper to just buy a complete copy online and sell the partial one I have. The difference is usually less than the price for the orphaned box/manual/map/etc. Title: Re: Where to buy?
