Okay, here's the deal: I have one official World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King beta key. Long story short, I don't play the game and have no use for the key, so after giving it a wee tiny bit of thought I decided to turn this little string of text to a good purpose. Thus, this.

The plan here is to put the key up for a few days, say until this weekend, for auction. Winner makes a donation to RFG in the amount of the winning bid, and when I get the word from the admins that the donation has gone through, you get the key. Quick and easy.

Send bids to me in PM, if you happen to have any questions you can PM them too or post them here. Bid amounts (but not names) will be posted in this thread as they come.

And if you have any concerns about this being on the up-and-up, feel free to drop by our (almost) official RF Generation chat channel at #rfgeneration on QuakeNet and say hello. I'm kind of a fixture. (You can also check with TraderJake, St0rmTK421 or most of the other admins, but that's not nearly as social.)

Bidding starts at ten bucks. It's for a good cause, so don't be cheap!

As for it being too late, it happens when it happens. A few bucks gets you a month's preview of the thing. Otherwise, it'll just go to waste.

it's kinda late to try to get a key out but just to let you know i had an ex guildie try to give me his key and it is bound to your acct so unless you are ponying up your acct info its not worth it aye.
