I noticed that the time isn't always displayed correctly (or atleast I think it isn't)

For example: My time is +7 hours compared to the standard forum time. Two days ago I made a blog entry (a review) at about 2:40AM my time. Therefor it should show to me as "posted on Aug 18 2008 - 2:40AM" .
However, it shows up as "Posted on Aug 17th 2008 at 07:40:41 PM" which you can see here (http://www.rfgeneration.com/blogs/Sirgin/). Clearly, the "Time Offset" doesn't affect this time.

I think it would be nice if all times would change to what the specific user installs as their Time Offset.


Another small question: Is 12PM considered to be noon or start of the new day?
So does it go: 12PM - 1PM - 2 PM - etc. or 12PM - 1AM - 2AM - etc.

(I'm asking this because we don't use the AM-PM notation in Belgium. We just keep counting and refer to (for example) 5PM as 17:00)

12 PM would bee noon. 12 AM is midnight/start of the new day. So it goes 12AM, 1 AM, ... 11AM, 12PM, 1PM, . . ., 12 AM, etc.

Only the forum does time offset. The blog is Central Time Zone, regardless of where you live.

Okay, didn't know that. Thought the time offset would have its effect there aswell. Thanks anyway :)
