Title: The World's Fastest Workout Video. Post by: UNFORGIVINGPAIN on June 17, 2008, 09:21:55 PM Try to do this and let me know how you do.
I couldn't catch my breath for about five minutes after I finished. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AimPOSXe7n4 Title: Re: The World's Fastest Workout Video. Post by: TraderJake on June 18, 2008, 03:02:51 PM That is unbelievably intense for being 4 minutes.

Title: Re: The World's Fastest Workout Video. Post by: Sirgin on July 22, 2008, 12:07:21 PM I just did it together with the video and am not really impressed. I think it's a good little workout for people who have no condition at all though. Or for people who just started with getting in shape, maybe.
I try to keep myself fit and in shape during most of the year (except the winter-period) with running, push-ups, pull-ups, lifting weights, etc... If you want to be in an average (I'd almost dare to say "good", but I won't :P) condition, like myself, try building up your stamina with running until you can run 1,5 miles in 15min. That's what I can do, and I feel like my condition is way too good for this (video) type of "excersizing". Btw, the only reason I try to stay in shape is to mask the fact that all my true hobbies require only to sit (or lay) in a couch or on a chair (videogames, PC, watching movies, .........) ;D ;D ;D And it seems to work, too! Title: Re: The World's Fastest Workout Video. Post by: TraderJake on August 03, 2008, 05:36:09 PM I prefer running over this workout, but when it's 90°F outside, I'll try to find something to keep me out of the oppressive heat.
That said, I found that a Bike Trail of sorts exists right next to my apartment. It's a two mile run, and I am happy about that. Title: Re: The World's Fastest Workout Video. Is it on paved roads or a mountainbike trail? That said, I found that a Bike Trail of sorts exists right next to my apartment. It's a two mile run, and I am happy about that. Title: Re: The World's Fastest Workout Video. Post by: Arrrhalomynn on September 17, 2008, 03:22:07 PM That's not a workout, that's a warm up. The hardest part was doing it as smoothly as the girl.
I still had to take my shirt off halfway through though, because I was getting pretty hot. Title: Re: The World's Fastest Workout Video. Post by: UNFORGIVINGPAIN on September 18, 2008, 07:18:07 PM That's not a workout, that's a warm up. Well I'm a lot more out of shape. For me it was a workout.Title: Re: The World's Fastest Workout Video. Post by: logical123 on September 20, 2008, 12:28:20 AM I got tired just by watching it.
