Title: Databases back up
Post by: St0rmTK421 on April 09, 2008, 10:04:16 AM
The collection and search should be working again.  If you find anything that used to work but now doesn't, post it here.you

Note that we're still in the process of transferring all the scans and screenshots, so there will probably be some missing images until we get them all up.  Please hold off on any image submissions until we get them all uploaded.

Sweet!
That means i get to start cross referencing my new .txts!

Should adding new titles be held off on till it is back up in its entirety or just images?

Um....I think titles should be OK.  Might want to double check with Dave on that to make sure submissions are working correctly.

I don't think the rating part of the script is working right, I edited a game here

http://www.rfgeneration.com/cgi-bin/getinfo.pl?ID=U-048-S-01430-A

It's blank, the rating by the V.R.C. is MA-17

Somehow the synchronize utility that I used had old PHP files. I've reuploaded them, and in doing so I was able to add that rating in.

Hopefully that means that you can as well.

Didn't there used to be a link to our collections in our forum profile? Cause it's gone now.

Trader Jack, it don't look like the rating is working yet, I did some submissions and the rating is still blank.

I had put in "E" for everyone and "Cartoon Violence".

same as the greatest hits when that is added.

Did you by chance set the United States Rather than North America as the region?

I could have in error but I don't think it's likely as they are pretty far apart from each other in the list.

Odd, I just made another edit on it and now it's showing up.  Could have been a bug or just a typo.  If anyone sees it happen again, let us know.

I think it's happening again.

The greatest hits is just "E" and it should have "cartoon violence" too.

I changed some code, hopefully that will fix things up.

Sure, couldn't hurt in the submissions contest.
