That's great. The worst thing about shill bidders is that you can't prove a thing, no matter how much you suspect something. Let's hope some people will learn their lesson from this.

No. no one will learn a thing because Ebay won't stop the shill bidders who only bid up a $50 item.  It's just too easy to get away with it which is unfortunatley something that is an unavoidable crime on all online auctions.

Yeah , I guess you would only see action taken on big ticket items and not a small ticket video game ::)

I dont think I have been in an auction yet that has been "shilled"

I was in one once when I was new to Ebay, and I just retracted my bid and sent an email to the seller.  I wonder if that guy is still on ebay?
