I picked this up today. I found a sealed copy at St. Vincent DePaul for $3. When I added it to my collection I noticed it's listed as a Demo. It looks like a full game to me. What's the story on this thing? Was it a promotional game available only at Volvo dealerships or maybe the auto show? It is indeed a full game and given away at Volvo dealerships for a limited time. I believe there were only a few thousand of these made for distribution across North America.
I think many are under the impression that it is a demo because there is only like 3-4 cars and 2-3 stages or something like that. He preferred to have the undivided attention of a dedicated audience (even if only for an hour) than smearing advertisements over television that will bore the general public after numerous viewings.
