Has anyone heard about this? Any interest?

debuts the day after Christmas on Cartoon Network. Theme song is using the lyrics from the original series.

They probably shouldn't fix what ain't broke. But I'll take it.

Has to be better than the last two I saw--the one with Prime as a fire truck and the other where they were battling over who could enslave the mini-cons.

Not sold on the look, but I'll check it out.  The whole blur and then suddenly transformed bit isn't a terribly attractive way to go.

I watched this last night. I'm undecided. The story was okay but is unrelated to previous Transformer continuity. Optimus is a young commander of a repair freighter. He never encountered Megatron, he only knew him from history. The story was actually pretty interesting, it's the animation style that really bugged me. The Transformers were not too bad but the human characters were extremely cartoonie, as in similar to a lot od Nicktoons characters.
