My favorites are above-down viewed 2D/3D at an angle perspective, rotating axis are a preferred bonus. So obviously my top three are the Diablo, Fall-out and Baldour's Gate series. Many MMORPGs are lacking in my book simply from those recoup times beween attacks. I love it when a game creates realistic physics that move along with your attack motions.
