Title: GH3 Controller eats batteries!!!!
Post by: logical123 on November 04, 2007, 09:17:47 AM
I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem for the PS2 wireless controller. I get about and hour and 20 minutes of play-time for every 2 batteries. Maybe I should invest in rechargeables. ;)

i've played the 360 one for about 12 hours now, i've had no battery problems.

this detachable neck is ridiculous and keeps on causing "issues" though.

Well, I've decided that walgreens brand batteries are crap. I just bought rechargables, and I've played for 3 hours on half charge, and their not even close to dead yet. ;D

I don't like the buttons on the Wii guitar. They're too small...

RedOctane now sells a rechargeable battery kit.  (I wonder why they waited a week after the game came out to release these)

$20 for the battery and charger, $10 for additional batteries

Works with PS2, PS3, and Xbox 360 versions

I have no problems at all with my wii remote while playing GHIII. I'll go even so far to say that the remote lasts longer when plugged into the guitar.

No issues here with the 360 version. No objections to the detachable neck. Liking the new faceplates! 8)
