Bizzarly. this is exactly what happened to my Lufia II when I got it from eBay a few years ago. The seller wasn't nice enough to replace the box, but he refunded my like half of what I paid. I replaced the box myself almost immediately, and the one that that sold for $25 was the crushed one. Pretty amazing what people will pay for this kind of stuff. As you have probably found out, they are really hard to find. If you do find one, I would suggest getting the crushed one back. Maybe you can recoup some of the cost of the replacement.
