Nope it doesn't cap. I think I got over 500 last year.

And yes Rick Cappetta does kick ass. He has also lost his foot to diabetes.

Yea my grandfather just had his second leg taken off about a 2 weeks ago.

They are supposed to be getting him some good prostetics though.

I did the walk yesterday. We took one of our dogs with us. We got a shirt for her that says " In honor of my sister Nikki Diabetic since 2005". Nikki is our cat. Our dog was a big hit. Everyone thought she looked so cute with the shirt on. I will have to post some pics.

i'd love to donate $$ for the walk.  as 2 out of 4 members of my imediate family have diabetes i know the odds of me getting it are more favorable then of me not.  unfortunitly i'm unable to afford to do that right now.

Actually it is better then a normal choker. When we used one of those we had to correct her all the time walking. These take less correction. We have two dogs that use them and they have never been hurt by it. Actually now they really don't need it.
