Title: CGE 2K7 Museum – Atari Items
Post by: Tynstar on September 14, 2007, 04:05:14 PM
Well I wanted to do these a month ago but with a vacation in family emergency it got delayed. You really won't find any 2600 console boxes here. I have those in my room so I didn't take pictures of that stuff.

Here is the first of many pictures. The picture is an accessories overview. Well a lot of them anyways.

Ok, I saved the best for last.

Atari 2700 prototype. It was never released but would have been the first console with standard wireless controllers. Would of beat the 360 by 20 some years. All it was is a redesigned  2600 with wireless controllers.

The 2700 is awesome, I love seeing stuff like that. Makes you wonder what direction things would have taken if stuff like that had hit the market.

That 2600 Test Console would be a killer addition to a gameroom. Not to mention increasingly important as the hardware reaches past 30 years of age.

Great pics  ;D
