I was only mildly interested (since I already have one) until I slid it out of the box to discover that it still had the factory plastic wrap, factory bundled cords, and that "new car smell." Needless to say, I bought it.

I picked up one of those Atari changers. I forget what it is call but you plug it into you 2600 and then you can buy like 6-8 games in it. I bought it for like 15 bucks and when I opened it is smelled new. After looking at it more it was never opened but the glue just gave way. I once found 4 new old stock NES Revolving Cartridge Organizers that a thrift store had received from a defunct company.
