Title: kHypermedia Customer Support is Awful Post by: Lord Nepenthean on September 27, 2004, 11:53:33 AM I've had to call kHypermedia's customer support line several times recently because they just don't pick up. I even sent them an e-mail, but have not been able to reach them. Their support line hours are supposedly 9 AM to 5 PM, but they are NEVER there. Every single time I call (during or after hours), I get the same pre-recorded message telling me that they'll call me back if I leave my number. HA. They never do.
So, I just thought I'd warn you guys about them. They have great CD-R and DVD+R media, but don't buy any of their products that may need support, because you won't get any. Sure, customer support is usually bad, but if I can't even call to get an RMA request, it's beyond just bad customer support and into 100% non-existent. I get the impression that they actually only have one person working in customer support, and she only shows up once a week. They told me to send in the drive and they'll ship me a new one. I'm definitely getting confirmation on this one, since I honestly don't trust them.
