Title: Big VCS lot Post by: Fighter17 on April 07, 2007, 05:08:31 PM For $150 shipped, I got this:
Atari 2600 (VCS) Dark Vader unit. But why did it cost that much? For starters: S-Video/Composite Video Mod with Duel-Mono RCA jacks. The stwich is for spliting the color and the brightness (for S-Video). It also came with these games: And these controllers: 2 Pairs of Driving Controllers 2 Pairs of Joysticks 2 Pairs of Paddle Controllers (for 4 Player Warlords) Those Atari joysticks are very too stiff for my taste. I just use an Genesis controller and it works like a charm. All that for $150. But that's not all, for $1.50 a peice I got all of these games at this game shop that usually overcharge crap: (http://img291.imageshack.us/img291/9730/tnpicture007of3.jpg) The only game which I consider suck was Lock 'n Chase So, what's the difference between S-Video and Composite on an VCS: Composite on Atlantis: (http://img291.imageshack.us/img291/2562/tnpicture008iy7.jpg) S-Video on Atlantis: No Raindow shit on S-Video, just an pure sharp video image. I never want to know how the VCS looks in RF. Title: Re: Big VCS lot Post by: BadEnoughDude on April 07, 2007, 06:41:44 PM That is effing sweet.
I wonder how hard it would be to mod one yourself? Title: Re: Big VCS lot Post by: Tynstar on April 09, 2007, 11:53:50 AM Damn that looks nice.
