Title: Grindhouse Post by: Mike Leon on April 07, 2007, 10:43:39 AM I saw this last night. The first movie, Planet Terror, is awesome. The second movie, Death Proof, is terrible. SFS walked out on it, and a few of my friends who saw it earlier in the afternoon did the same.

I heard the same thing today. I really think that Death Proof could fare a lot better if deleted scenes were added, and especially if something could be done to break up the monotonous dialogue. The ending scene could be the greatest thing in a movie. Also, outstanding movie. I feel bad if you missed the ending of Death Proof seeing as how that scene was better than anything in Planet Terror. Funny as hell too.
