There is a rumor that the PSP will be getting a remake?  Do you think this is ture?

Purehaps but I'll never get one.

I think it's certainly possible - the PSP has been gathering some strength lately - but regardless, unless it's really awesome, I'll just stick to buying a used old one when the time comes. If ever.

I have no interest in the PSP. Alot of this is because I don't enjoy handhelds.

I doubt there will be a redisign of the PSP without changing the screen size.  Its just so big.  Something tells me that Sony could successfully pull off a PSP2 in the future though.  With Nintendo cutting off the classic game boy backwards compatibility with the DS, the PSP could also eventually become the b/c king in the handheld market too.  I think they should go for it.  New consoles + new firmwares == new hacking challenges!!

Who wants a PSP?  They need to kill that thing.

I cared once, then the stream of good games started to dry up and so did my interest in it.

I have a feeling that I'll get a PSP eventually. The indication of God Of War coming to PSP found on the back of the God Of War 2 manual pretty much sealed the deal.

I hate the whole idea of a handheld that has to load, especially when a big reason for playing handhelds is to kill time.
No you need something to kill time while your doing the thing that was already meant to kill time. ::)

I think they will and the only reason I want to get one is to get every system available.

I like variations too, so maybe I should pick up eight, each with a different hacked firmware verion on each one.

My guess is that they are working on one, I will have to get one just to add to my collection, but never seen a lot of games that were much fun on the origanal, new one would probably be about the same.
