The only knock is the extra cost to purchase the component video cables separately in order to get HD resolution (for Xbox1 and PS2). I'm just glad that the premium 360 has component video cables standard. 8) Older consoles (N64, Dreamcast) I play in standard def on my other TV because the games don't have HD capability anyway.
