You can also try and predict the outcome, and after a few days, the poll results will be tallied. Over time, it will keep track of how often your predictions are right, and judges you with a scale of how "in tune" you are with the rest of humanity, and how far your own opinions distance yourself from the rest. Also, in the results it will show percentages by gender and local region. Here in the US, the regions are broken into states. I assume in the PAL region, it will be divided into countries. There is also a worldwide poll that will last a little longer. Another neat feature is that you can propose a future poll to Nintendo straight from the Wii Vote channel. This channel isn't much, but as others have already stated, its a diversion. Wii Vote also surprised us since Nintendo didn't announce it until it launched.
