The wife and I are looking to move out of our townhouse and into a single family home early next year as we'd like to start a family soon and we could use more space.

What does this mean?! It means I need some extra cash and will be selling off games I don't use/want/won't get to.

Almost everything I own is excellent to near mint or better, but please ask for pictures if you'd like to see for yourself. I will be more than happy to provide them to you. CD/DVD based games do not have any scratches and are always complete. Cartridge based games should be considered loose unless otherwise noted.
