Title: It's been about a year................. Post by: TurboGrafxer AKA DCer on November 24, 2006, 12:03:17 PM i have to say i have built up quite a collection within a year. when i decided to start collecting games all i had was a sega dreamcast and about 15 games. since then i have accumulated 26 seperate systems/add-ons and 1122 games (at the time this was posted). i have found myself buying games a lot. lately in a good month i would aquire 100-200 games. if i am out and see a good deal i go for it.
my collection goals for 2007: Dreamcast - So far i have 232 of 326 games available. leaving 94 games. goal: to get 47 or more dc games. Turbografx 16: so far i have 52 of the 94 games available. leaving 42 games. goal: to get 21 more tg16 games. 32x: so far i have 18 of 37 games available. leaving 19 games. goal: to get 10 more 32x games. Pico: so far i have 9 of the 22 games available. leaving 13 games. goal: to get 7 more pico games. also keep aquiring nes, genesis, and sega cd games but paying more attention to the top 4 goals. ULTIMATE GOAL: to complete one of the above systems by 2008. if anyone has games for sale for these 4 systems please check my collection to see if i have it and if not send me a PM. i only pay with paypal and prefer delivery confirmation on my shipped goods. Post by: TurboGrafxer AKA DCer on November 30, 2006, 10:03:46 PM the main thing that got me was i used to just have a dreamcast and was working solely on completing it. when games got harder to find i ended up buying a genesis, and bought a shitload of games for that (yay!!! shaq fu, quit hatin') cause they were so cheeply available. then i got a nes and it all went crazy after that. then i went into the lesser popular systems like the turbografx 16 and 32x. the tg-16 rocked me. its like a disease and the only way to supress it is to buy more games. and believe me, i play 70% of what i buy. the other 30% is made up of mostly sports games or dumb shit like the barney game for genesis.
