Title: Weekly IC Poll 11/5/06
Post by: TraderJake on November 05, 2006, 06:08:38 PM
Shaggy is possibly on his honeymoon (he got married yesterday, Congrats Shaggy!, go enjoy being married!) right now, so this week's weekly poll is brought to you by me. Who will win the House and Senate?

If only the Libertarians could go all the way. Maybe someday. But I chose Reps, Democrats seem to have gone completely insane.

I think we should divide the country down the missippi river and put liberals on one side and republicans on one side. Actually ive been thinking about this a lot. The missippi river would be a good dividing line. That way You could have the liberal side where the the homosexuals could do their thing. people would have the right to kill unborn babies, could ban all guns, let child molesters run free and let criminals run free, also they would have all the celebrites there to keep them entertained..

The consertive side could have our guns actually get back to punishing criminals (public executions) killing  unborn babies would be a crime..men and women getting married and living together raising their kids..Prayer in school  etc etc

Or, to get this insane dogma we have in this country about the two party system, we could eliminate the party system, along with public elections.

When your country is so caught up in opposing its own other half, you aren't going to get the stuff done that needs to be done. Our congress men are a corrupt aristocracy, which they most kindly remind us every election when attacking their rivals, that need to be eliminated, at the very least, by term limits.

My proposal is that we use a lottery. There can be a pool of qualified people who, by choice, can be selected as our officials. There would be no running for election, no official parties, there would only be working for the country's best intrest in the time you have until your term is over. When you are out of office you will recieve a nice pension, for serving your country, and will go back into the pool, but you can never have the same job twice.

As far as all these issues, gun control, abortion, etc., these things will never be resolved. There will always be seperate camps, it won't change, and it can't be fixed.

In my opinion abortion is murder (just look what happens after nine months if you let it go you dumb shit) and I should be allowed to own a gun so that I can defend myself against other people who also have guns. In other peoples opinions it's not a baby until it looks like a baby and if all guns are banned then nobody will get shot because there aren't any guns for anyone to shoot anybody with.

So how does the government control it? Who knows, I say lets blow it all up.

That's probably the best way to go. Fascism is fun.

If child molestors could run free what would be the point of killing unborn babies???
That just takes away all their fun.

I am so pro public execution but against prayer in school.
And isn't the church all for forgiveness???

I hate politics.

I saw Charles Barkley on Glen Beck  and have always agreed with what he said...why would anyone want to spend 20 million dollars of their own money to get elected to a job that pays 250.000 thousand a year...
