I'm taking some practice tests and I'm like this shit you could look up online or if you knew even a bit about computers you could probably fumble your way around the OS to find what they are looking for. I failed the hardware part about 2 months ago. the damn book I studied from didn't teach what was on the damn test. oh by the way, I could also use the practice test. please!!
