Retrogamer, one of our members pointed out that McDonald's had added some Nintendo toy's to their Happy Meal's. I went down today and picked up the #2) Mario Swing & Hit, #3) Yoshi Pop & Catch. I am guessing there are at least 3 more to choose from, but the girl at the counter said those were the only 2 she could find. Anyone else know anything about this? Is it a weekly thing, or did all the toys come out at once?

If I remember from the commercial correctly, there are 6 of them total.  I think they release a new one every couple days, but I'm not sure.

i got the complete set of six (sealed) on ebay for around $14 shipped.....much easier than going out, buying that fattening food, and hoping you get all six.....

We actually went to McDonald's Drive Thru yesterday and I hadn't yet seen this thread. We all got happy meals...lol Here's what we got:

McDonalds here have shitty happy meal promotions. It always seems to be Hot Wheels and Barbie.

yeah for the last 3-4 years theyve had that like every 3 months.

I've got 1, 3 and 4 so far. I got the Mario ball today.

I really want two of the balls. One to keep sealed and another to toss at my brothers when they get out of line...hehe :girl:

that's what we usually do when they have more than one toy available at a time. our daughter gets a Happy Meal and we just buy the extra toys. when McDonalds had the Cars promotion I think 2 new toys came out each week.

Tholly and Tynstar can go back to talking about their balls now.

Neither one of use said anything about are balls or anyone else balls.

I used to work for the McDs promotions team in Pittsburgh when I was living there.  We released 2 new toys each week unless the stock levels were way too high, then we'd delay the next 2.

Yea! Tell your mom that she got it all wrong and if she wants to get choked about posts that I'm to blame. I love balls 1000 times more than Scott and tholly combined! I also have bigger balls than those two combined.

On the happy meal note: I still can't find a store that has different toys. I found out the McDonalds inside the casinos don't have happy meals nor toys though. Thought that was messed up cause adults like happy meals too!

Uhhh that mario ball thing is sitting in my cup holder in my car and mallet one was kinda cool.

The "game" for that one was  to hit the ball into the air then hit it again with the other side of the mallet.
Repeat.

What are the "games" for the other toys?

The donkey kong spinner toy is pretty cool too. Sophia got that one today.

Put the two spiining pieces on top and pull the rip cord.
The "game" for that one is to catch the yellow piece 5 times. Once you do that try the green one.

I have to say though these toys are pretty sweet.

I should be able to snag a couple more this weekend. McDonald's is often our Saturday lunch stop.

I got the Mario ball today.  Only it wasn't from McDonald's but a garage sale.  And it was only 10 cents and I didn't have to look like an idiot ordering a Happy Meal. 

I got two of the balls the other day. The funny part is, when the drive thru dude handed them to me I turned to my brother and said "will you please put my balls in your bag". I wasn't thinking when I said it but well, you get the point...lmfao

Now I need #'s 2 & 3 and I got em all :)
