Just got this email from Weirdal.com. I am a big "Weird Al" fan and can't wait for this album to come out. I am definitely pre-ordering this bad boy!

sweeeet! I've been a fan of Weird Al since the beginning. when I went to Germany my sophmore year of high school we listened to his latest album "In 3-D" on the tour bus every day. I can still sing along to every track on that record. I've seen him live 3 times as well. definately looking forward to this one.

2 new songs from the album have leaked onto the net. The first one is White And Nerdy, a parody of Ridin' Dirty by Chamillionaire. The other is Canadian Idiot, a parody of American Idiot by Green Day. Both songs are hilarious, and some of his best work yet. I can't wait for the 26th.

I bet they are. I preordered this puppy a few weeks ago and unfortunately I will not be here when it is delivered. =( so hopefully my wife can rip it and email it to me.

??? How in the heck do people get a hold of the album this early? I pre-ordered weeks ago and I can't get it. =(  I hope whomever gets the album off the net pays for the cd on the 26th. I know that will never happen though. =)

So is Robot Chicken popular? I never heard of it before yesterday. I will definitely give it a try when the new video is premiered. lol.

He seems to be getting younger. He looked older in UHF then he does now.

I think that him wearing his hair down and getting Lasik surgery really helped him look a lot younger.

I picked up the new Weird Al yesterday. I like it. Though I must admit that other than "Canadian Idiot" I was not familiar with any of the songs he parodied. Even on the Polka medley I didn't know half the songs. I'm old and out of touch I suppose. That or most of todays music is crap.

"Trapped in the Drive Thru" is VERY long.

The album is one of those Dual Discs. I watched the DVD side last night. It's got animated videos for 6 of the songs and a short "making of" clip. It's also got the audio in Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound and you can display the lyrics Karaoke style. When the audio is playing the screen displays goofy childhood pics of Al. Some are pretty damn funny.

I love it. Screw downloads, go buy the damn thing.

I just watched the video. It's freakin brilliant! I must admit it hit too close to home though.

I heard it was a real good album, last night I was in a meeting for my school debate team and my friend walked in late.  hes like "sorry.  had to make an emergency run" and held up the album.

It is, but the original "song" it parodies (Trapped in the Closet by R. Kelly) is something like 40 minutes or so long now, and he's still making new parts that will make the song even longer.

Ganon, that is a big emergency.
