the only one i can think of is craigslist, where i might be getting a N64 with DK64 and the expansion, 2 controllers, and 4-5 other games for $1. if its a scam i lose $1. that is all that I really know about. I know you mentioned not eBay or Amazon, but half.com is a eBay c ompany and I've gotten some good deals through them.
